"Ready to Row!" The first ever Milwaukee Spring Rowing Duel Match will be held between Marquette University, Lawrence University and The University of Chicago rowing teams. The race will take part on the Milwaukee River, from the Wisconsin Avenue Bridge down to the Milwaukee Rowing Club boathouse (before the Humboldt Street Bridge) .

The racing schedule for the event is as follows:

9am - Men's 4+

10am - Women's 4+

11am - Men's 8+

12noon - Women's 8+

1pm - Mixed 8+

2ish - Grill Out at Milwaukee Rowing Club boathouse (1990 N. Commerce Street

Marquette Crew invites students to bring their siblings and friends to the river and watch the exciting match.  Prime viewing areas are near the Manpower building or at the Milwaukee Rowing Club Boathouse. After the duel, spectators can take part in the Grill Out for the cost of $5 and enjoy an open boathouse, raffle, food, and Marquette Rowing Team apparel available for sale.
